Hi everyone, I am offering my awesome 25m2 room for rent (from 1st April). Location is great - it is very close to U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse, U6 Niederhofstraße, 30 seconds from house there is bus 69A and tram 62 that goes to Karlzplatz or Meidling.The rent is 405 euros for 25m2, including everything (internet, heating, water...). The room consists of my furniture (double bed, table, chair, book case, 3 cupboards, big closet, armchair, mirrors, carpet - I will leave everything.) I sell all the furniture for 600-650 euros, as just the bed was 550 euros and everything is used just for a year and practically all is new. You can then easiely sell it when you move out:) The flat is around 120 m2, with other 3 people living in, but very calm and quiet. There is equipped kitchen, bathroom and two toilets.
